My ambition

I'm going to start collage in a year, yes i am young indeed. But, very ambitious. I want to be a chemical engineer as i am very dedicated to chemistry & the other sciences. Many people have warned me & informed me about the difficulties that i would face in the future due to the demand of VERY hard work in order to be a successful chemical engineer. But i'm willing to take the chance! I'm a little confused between scientists and engineers, and im not 100% sure which field shall i chose but most likely engineering. I believe i have a lot of potential but i also am a little concerned. Is it easy to find jobs as a chem.engr.? Several questions are going through my head. I'm about to do my IGCSE this year and i want to be sure of what is on my mind. But after reading some of the comments, it does seem like it is exactly what i am looking for.. (:

whats up

your job looks very not easy, maybe it might be but it looks very hard to do when you work there and get to remember every single thing you need to do. i think i like to be chemical engineer myself if i pass college and i would be a chemical engineerer to become an chemical engineering person but i am only18 so it would be better if i had that job 'cause it looks very good to try and i would like to even teach kids how to be an chemical engineerer and be very smart and have a big brian. i would even be an awesome teacher to all the student i teach and give them all the information i can give them and let them even tell you i will listen to every word that you teach me and give me all the information i would need and want to learn all tyhe thing i will need.

Amalgamation of every field

Chemical engineering is an amalgamation of everything to do with science, technology and engineering!..it is absolutely a enjoyable experience though tougher than a majority of its counterparts. i have never regretted opting for it.
