I thought rhodium was the most expensive stable element. I can buy 31 grams of lutetium at Metallium (elementsales.com) for $200, so I have a hard time believing that 100 grams will be $10000. Wikipedia states $10000/kilogram, but even that is quite a bit higher than the current market price.
