Cut-Out Science Decorations

Happy First Day of Winter (or summer, if you live in the Southern Hemisphere)! How about celebrating by cutting out some paper snowflakes? That paper snowflake link is for snowflakes based on actual snowflake shapes. Snowflakes aren't the only shapes you can make with folded paper and scissors. The Nukee's comic strip provides the instructions for paper atoms. Atoms are a little harder to make than snowflakes, but worth the effort.
