You are free to print out any of the safety signs in my gallery for use in your lab, classroom, or refrigerator, but if you need a special label you might want to try out this online warning label generator. Some of the labels are serious; some are silly. Either way, they are free and customizable. The maker of that site also offers warning signs, street signs, and the ever-popular tombstone generator.
