Soap Bubble Life & Temperature

Friday May 23, 2008

I started a new section on science fair projects and experiments. It's a collection of safe projects that use easy-to-find materials that are completely described. I figure we learn how to work chemistry problems by studying example problems before solving them on our own, so it makes sense we can learn how to set up a project by examining sample experiments. So... instead of just saying you could do a science fair project to see if bubble life span is affected by temperature, I stated the objective, hypothesis, materials, procedure, ideas for how to write the data, what you can consider for results, what goes in your conclusion, etc. I'll be adding more projects like this over the next few weeks, so if you're looking for a science fair project, but aren't sure how to do one, I'm hoping this section will give you the help you need.
