Medical School Rejection
Tuesday January 10, 2006
Most medical schools line up their entering classes many months ahead of time. A common schedule to follow when applying to medical school is to take the MCAT in the spring a year and a half before you intend to enroll (sometimes August a year before classes would start). Usually by January, you will have a yes or no answer on your application for fall enrollment. If you received a letter of acceptance, congratulations! On the other hand, if you're starting the new year with a rejection letter in hand, don't let it get you down. Remember, most applicants get rejected.
