First time buyers, beware! If you are purchasing a tumbler online, be sure to make your purchase from a retailer that allows you to open the box to inspect the merchandise and one that also allows you to return the merchandise if you are not happy with it. Do not purchase anything from hobbywarehouse.com or erocktumbling.com; they are one and the same (Virtual Inventories, Inc.). They do not give you the opportunity to open the box to look at the merchandise you are purchasing and if you don’t like it, if it’s too loud or if it doesn’t work for you, tough! Once it is opened too bad! Plus, if you return your purchase they keep it and do not refund your money. If you must purchase anything on the internet, make sure there’s a money back guarantee. Make your purchase at any other online vendor that offers returns or store credit. The tumblers are reasonably priced, but not so if you cannot return it and even worse when the retailer keeps your product and does not return it.
