Grow Sugar Crystals - Rock Candy

July 4th fireworks are fun, but have you noticed there is no other U.S. holiday between Independence Day and the start of school? I've noticed; my kids have noticed. I've added a new tutorial to help keep summer boredom at bay. These sugar crystal (rock candy) instructions include tips to help your crystals turn out right the first time.
